We began with a heavy-duty pressure wash to remove dirt, mildew, and loose paint, providing a clean foundation for repairs. Damaged wood in the eaves and deck was replaced, and the deck boards were stained with Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck Stain for enhanced beauty and protection. The home’s exterior was painted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Paint for a premium, long-lasting finish, and the brick foundation was coated with Sherwin Williams Loxon for superior moisture resistance.

This meticulous restoration revitalized the home’s historic charm while ensuring it remains protected and visually stunning for over a decade.

For this project, the client contacted us after discovering extensive termite damage to their home’s exterior. We began by removing all the old Masonite siding and replacing damaged framing caused by insect activity. A licensed termite company was brought in to properly treat and spray the structure before repairs continued.

Our team installed new James Hardie siding for long-term durability, replaced several windows, and added new Hardie trim corner boards for a clean, finished look. We also replaced all the wood on the front porch columns with Hardie materials for improved longevity and curb appeal. To complete the project, we applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Alabaster paint to the entire home, giving it a bright and refreshed appearance.

Our client wanted to give her home a fresh, updated look by changing the exterior siding color from yellow to the earthy green tone of Benjamin Moore’s “Thicket.” We precisely color-matched this with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint for a durable, high-quality finish. As part of the transformation, we also replaced one of the exterior doors to better match the updated aesthetic.

Extensive trim repairs were completed, with a focus on replacing deteriorated fascia boards. We also redesigned the lattice around the front porch to complement the style of the deck. The deck itself received a new coat of SuperDeck 9600 stain, and all trim was painted in Sherwin-Williams “Extra White” to create a crisp, modern contrast.

The refreshed exterior caught the attention of the entire neighborhood—neighbors frequently passed by to compliment the home’s new look, praising the elegant color and thoughtful upgrades.
